INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Monday Mezcal
1 28oz can Bianco DiNapoli Whole Tomatoes with Basil, strained
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Champagne Vinegar
Black Pepper, to taste
Hot sauce, to taste
Small pinch of bouillon (optional)
PREPARATION
Strain tomatoes, reserving solids for later use. Whisk the strained tomato juice with worcestershire, vinegar, hot sauce, and seasonings.
Add mezcal to an ice-filled glass, top with Bloody Mary mix, stir gently & serve with veggies and Tomato Basil Hummus on the side!
