Meet the star of our Jammy Tomato hummus—the Bianco DiNapoli Tomato. These tomatoes are organically grown in California by a multi-generational family farm and an award-winning pizza chef.

The Farm

Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes are organically grown, vine-ripened and harvested in Yolo County, Northern California. Long summer days and fertile soil produce these very unique & delicious tomatoes. Within hours of harvest, the tomatoes are hand-selected, peeled and canned.

The Chef

Chris Bianco is the co-founder of Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes and known as one of the best pizza chefs in America. Chris is a James Beard award-winning chef and founder of the critically acclaimed Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix, Arizona, which now has seven locations across California & Arizona. 

Our Values

Chris has spent his career building relationships with farmers and artisans, and his tomatoes connect all the dots—which is why we picked them. Direct relationships with farmers means we get the best quality products out there, and ensure we take care of the land for the next gen. It’s a win-win!

Trust us, organic matters. Most conventional chickpeas have tons of fertilizers and pesticides on them—which means that a lot of conventional hummus ends up with that stuff in it, too. Nope, no thank you, not ours. We know our farmers; we talk with them all the time. And it means we get the best quality chickpeas to make the best possible hummus.

Not frozen, not pasteurized, and definitely not from concentrate. Our team squeezes real, fresh lemons every single day. Why? Mostly because we can’t quite shake our fine dining roots, but also because it really does taste better.
