MEXICAN STREET CORN HUMMUS
Meet our Mexican Street Corn Hummus! Made with the fine folks at Vista Hermosa & Tacombi.
THE BACKSTORY
Our co-founders Nick & Ronen met as line cooks on the fine dining circuit in NYC a decade ago. After work they used to visit the Tacombi in Nolita. Cervezas were drunk, tacos were eaten and friendships were made.
MAIZ MAGICO
So when we dreamed our ideal collab for summer we had to reach out to Tacombi and their line up of products from Vista Hermosa. After a few days in the kitchen together, we came up with the most delicious combination: caramelized corn and creamy hummus.
SUMMER JAM
We used elote as our inspiration, and we layered in smoked chili (made in the Tacombi kitchens), fresh lime juice and cilantro. Jump under the lid with us and take a trip to the beach in Tulum for the star of summer: Mexican Street Corn Hummus!listen to what others

I got the lemon hummus in a misfits box. It's the best hummus I've ever had. I just wish it was available in stores. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors unfortunately for me to get a box -I'm the only one that eats it

I love little sesame hummus; however, the order was hot when it arrived. I got it as soon as it was delivered and all of the ice packs were melted and the product was warm. I am a little concerned about eating it since it was not packaged properly .

I'm sure the product would have been great, but they sent me something that I did not order.
When I contacted the company about this, no one responded to me. So, sadly, I am disappointed.

Best hummus I’ve tasted to date. I love the standout flavors of tahini and lemon. The 8oz container can easily be devoured in one sitting . Nothing I've made at home comes even close

The preserved lemon hummus is the most delicious hummus I’ve ever had. I actively seek it out at the store but it can be a little hard to find. This strokes the frenzy for the lemon hummus even more. GIVE ME ALL OF IT
